Our Terms & Conditions
The use of Taskable Pros, LLC services are subject to the following terms and conditions and all applicable laws. By using Taskable Pros, LLC services, you accept, without limitation or qualification, these terms and conditions. Your acceptance of the following Policies, Terms And Conditions are an absolute condition of your use of services provided by Taskable Pros, LLC. Please review our terms carefully and check back periodically for any updates.
Now, therefore, for and in consideration of the mutual promises and agreements contained herein. Client hires Taskable Pros, LLC , and Taskable Pros, LLC agrees to work for client under the terms and conditions hereby agreed upon by the parties:
ELIGIBILITY
Taskable Pros, LLC is available to individuals who form legally binding agreements under applicable laws
Services are ONLY available to those in St Lucie County and surrounding areas.
OPERATIONS
Licensed in Port St. Lucie, FL
Business Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Service area Port St. Lucie, FL and surrounding areas
CONSULTATIONS
Initial consultation/quotes are complimentary
Consultations can be conducted by appointment only
Over the phone consultations can be arranged
Some consultations will require to be in person
SERVICE REQUESTS
All services are available on an hourly basis
All services are reviewed and accepted or declined on client by client basis
Taskable Pros will aim to respond to all requests in a 24 hour period
Services are available a la carte variety
All requests are scheduled on first come first served basis
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a cancellation fee of $25 will be charged.
SERVICE RATES
Service rates are for Taskable Pros errand services are conducted between the hours of Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. ( Excludes Holidays )
All rates vary according to the type of services needed, complexity of task, overall length of project, frequency of services used, location, labor, travel and other additional factors
A convenience fee may apply for services outside of business hours and same day service
Availability is not guaranteed for some requests
Convenience fees for evenings, weekends, holidays and same day service range from $25 and up.
Client's will be contacted for authorization before an additional fee or charge is incurred.
Services are charged in increments with a minimum purchase.
Minutes are rounded up to next full quarter
Some services require more than a one hour minimum purchase
Service rates do not include the cost of purchases, taxes and expenses
Payments for cost of purchases, taxes and expenses must be paid in full when service is completed
Service rates are for services provided by Taskable Pros
All services are paid in advance
TIME TRACKING
Time tracking begins and ends at the following:
Home of client
Home / Store
On route
Specific location
On request
Pre-determined date/time
Taskable Pros office
BILLING/INVOICING/RECEIPTS
Billing will reflect time tracking sheet
Invoices are submitted when service request is completed
Expense receipts will be returned after a copy has been recorded for Taskable Pros
MILEAGE
Mileage is complimentary for the first 10 miles
Mileage fee is 40¢ per mile after first 10 miles
Miles will be tracked and submitted to client with invoice
PAYMENTS ACCEPTED
Cash, Money Orders, Checks (checks must clear before service can begin) Electronic Payments (Visa, MasterCard, Discover etc…)
Cancelled or returned checks will incur a minimum fee of $35
DELAYS IN SCHEDULE
Taskable Pros will notify client if any delays occur during time of task and upon arrival of appointment
Client may request cancellation without a fee if any services rendered incomplete or delays that occur due to traffic, natural “acts of God”, construction, or delays occurred out of control of Taskable Pros control. (still not sure about this)
TERMINATION OF SERVICES
We reserve the right to terminate the service of a client at any time for any reason.

At Taskable Pros, we provide our Customer Satisfaction Promise to every customers. Our focus is to make sure that all potential and current customers get exceptional service at all times and are treated like our own parents and grandparents.
PRIVACY
Taskable Pros, LLC respects Client privacy. We are committed to providing complete confidentiality. We will not sell or exchange any Client information. All information provided by the Client, including, but not limited to, credit card information, email addresses, phone numbers, and addresses, will be gathered for the sole purpose of providing errand services and billing the Client for services rendered.
